Daily Tip

Being healthy isn't just about what you eat or don't eat. It's also about loving yourself. So if you have things that you don't like about you. Just forgive yourself. Just tell yourself that it's okay if your thighs touch or if you do weird stuff, it's okay if you don't do what everyone thinks you should.

Forgive yourself for everything that you don't want or like about you.

It's ok.
